Hi Jamie,

I'm another Zotero afficionado - I wish I'd been using it for years! It's really helped me to organise all my research.
Zotero's greatest feature is the automatic inclusion of things from most databases, e.g. Google Scholar. Thus steps 4, 5, 6, and first half of 7 in your post above are not really necessary. It's the second bit of 7 - using the little button in the address bar, that I find most useful!

Another great new feature in 2.0, is the ability to magically get the information about PDFs - see here for a brief video showing you how: http://www.zotero.org/support/retrieve_pdf_metadata
If, like me, you have a heap of disorganised PDFs of journal articles lying about on your hard disk, it's amazing. I organised my collection of hundreds of random PDFs in less than an hour.

Thanks for the post. I just got my m1530 and am a little hesistant to install 9.04 just yet - currently on the oem 8.04

my biggest concern is the video drivers for the 256mb Nvidia, but it seems the few posts I've read haven't run into problems.

thanks again.
